Three engines, three purposes
AllyOneCRM doesn't have a single "automation builder" — it has three independent engines. Choosing the right one avoids rebuilding the same logic in the wrong place.
Journey Builder
trigger: audience
A sequence of steps over days or weeks, triggered for a group of contacts — new contact, tag added, list entry.
Chat Flow
trigger: conversation
Real-time automatic reply inside an individual ongoing conversation — new conversation, message received.
Automations
trigger: single event
A declarative "if this event, then this action" rule — no visual canvas, with filters and frequency limits (once-per-contact, cooldown).
