AllyOneMail / Domains
Domains & Sending Identity
A verified domain is a prerequisite for any sending. AllyOneMail generates the keys — you just publish the records.
Register
POST/api/v1/domains
{
"domain": "company.com",
"dkim_selector": "am1",
"pool_id": null,
"tracking_domain": null,
"return_path": null
}
Only domain is required — the rest have sensible defaults.
Generated DNS records
AllyOneMail generates the DKIM key pair automatically — the public value returned in the response is what you publish.
| Type | Where | Value |
|---|---|---|
| SPF | TXT on the root domain | v=spf1 include:<MTA host> ~all |
| DKIM | TXT at am1._domainkey.company.com | public key generated by the system |
| DMARC | TXT at _dmarc.company.com | v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:dmarc@company.com; ... |
| Return-Path | CNAME | points to AllyOne's MTA |
| Tracking | CNAME | points to the API (open/click tracking) |
| BIMI | TXT (optional) | SVG logo, if configured |
Verification
Automatic, every 5 minutes, for every pending domain. To force an immediate check:
